The Why Stay Conference is an open to the public, free conference made possible by partnerships with BET, TV20, Cleveland State University, SOUP, and the Hip Hop Caucus which will provide discussions about programs, industries, issues and activities, as well as formulating a plan for young professionals in the area.

The conference will start with County Executive Ed Fitzgerald conducting the open plenary session over breakfast. After breakfast, the day will be filled with panel discussions featuring some of the areas most accomplished leaders, these panel discussions will jump start the planning sessions, in which YOU will be able to contribute your best ideas for Cleveland.
